FOR SUMMER CAMP YOUTH AND FAMILY PROGRAMS: Cancellations made by phone must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your session will receive a full refund, less a $75 handling fee. Within those two weeks, there are no refunds except in cases of a medical emergency or a COVID-related cancellation, unless another camper can be found. Full payment is due by June 30th in 2021, unless arrangements have been made with Galilee.

FOR YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Outside the summer season, a $50 deposit is required at the time of registration. Full payment is due on the first day of the program. Cancellations received in writing up until two weeks before the starting date of the program will be issued a full refund, less the $50 deposit. There are no refunds less than two weeks from a program’s starting date, unless there is a medical emergency that prevents attendance.
